The Bethany Fellowships serves congregations by helping newly ordained pastors make the transition from seminary into sustained congregational ministry with a strong and healthy pastoral identity. The focus of the fellowships is on individual mentoring, peer accountability, practice of spiritual disciplines, and learning the best ministry pracitices by visiting pastors of healthy congregations.
